All our products have a minimum 2-year warranty, except for consumable products (stationery and Arts and Crafts items…), items with a best before date and in the event of a fault or breakage even though the product has been used correctly. Please refer to the warranty document for conditions and our terms and conditions
14 days to consider whether you are completely satisfied!
In the event of damage during transit, you have 1 working day following receipt of your parcel to notify TJ Novelty by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are disappointed with an item, or if you made a mistake when ordering, you have 14 days cooling off period, following receipt to inform us in writing and to request an exchange, a credit note or a full refund. All you must do is return the item in its original state, at your expense and in its original intact packaging. In case of a refund a restock fee of EUR15 will apply.

Caution: the product is returned at, your expense, intact and in its original packaging. The parcel must include the printed return form.
